Watchmen Lawsuit
Fox recently sued Warner Bros. for making the movie Watchmen (which is currently being filmed). Supposedly, Fox claims that they acquired the rights to Watchmen in the late 80"s and in 1991, went into a "standing-agreement" with lawyers representing Watchmen, that they had exclusive rights to the movie. The Details are sort of fuzzy, but the lawsuit will likely die within the next year or so.
Watchmen is set to come out March 6, 2009.
