Ordering Deadlines
The deadline for new subscribers is 11:59pm ofthe Sunday preceding New Comic Book Day (NCBD). If you sign up after Sunday, wecannot guarantee that your account will register on our lists for that week.
The deadline for changes/additions to subscriptions each week is 11:59pm of theMonday preceding NCBD. Changes made after this time may not register on ourlists. Even if we do see your order, a copy may not be available at that time,especially if it is an independent title.

for in-store subscribers there isn’t one! Even if it’s NCBD and you decide youno longer want that book, we’ll be happy to return it to the shelf. Never feelobligated to buy anything from Fantom Comics! Comics should be fun. However, wedo request that you inform the clerk rather than simply returning the book tothe shelf, as we want to keep track of our on-shelf inventory. (Note: If youintend to drop a title, please also do so through comiXology, to ensure we donot continue to hold this title for you).
for mail order subscribers the deadline is the 28th of each month. We ship booksout on the first Thursday of each month, so we need fair warning before thepackaging is completed.
The deadline for a guaranteed copy is 11:59pm of the last Wednesday of the monthof that issue’s Previews Catalog. To clarify, if you want Klokel Komix #1, whichis featured in September Previews, then you have until the last Wednesday ofSeptember to subscribe to the book and be guaranteed a copy. After that, ourorder is placed and we can no longer guarantee we’ll have a copy for you.(Please note that this is based on the month the book is offered, not the monthin which it is released. Klokel Komix #1 is offered in the Previews Catalog ofSeptember for release in November, as each Catalog acknowledges the 2-monthdelay from ordering to receiving).
In order to tell which month’s Previews the book is from, look for the code,listed with each book. For instance, the Comixology blurb for Batman & Robin #8contains the code: DEC090151. This means that in order to guarantee this book,you had to have ordered it by 11:59pm on the last Friday of December, 2009.
